Usability Testing
Usability testing drives product design and development by answering the question: “Does the thing we’ve designed solve the problem?”
Our testing helps us identify and focus on the contact points between people and product. We ask people to use your product in a structured way, observing not only what they do, but also what they say. After we analyze this data, we present actionable findings, complete with the voice of the customer.
We offer individualized in-person testing in addition to remote testing for users around the world.
User Interviews
User interviews give us key insights. “Who are our users and what are they trying to do? What are their problems? What needs do they have? What are their skills and motivations?”
User interviews show us what’s happening in the real world. This type of research is most effective when done before product development (or a new phase of development) has begun. The most effective form of the user interview is field research, where we observe and engage with people in a live workplace setting.
Usability Expert Reviews
In an expert review, highly experienced evaluators examine the interface and judge how well it aligns with recognized usability principles. The review is an efficient way to find usability bloopers, and is especially potent when conducted after early-stage user interviews.
